Over the past 22 years our complete service has been built upon a strong relationship working with Managing Agents and Private Landlords.

Back in 1989 when we first started this business we recognised the real difficulties for landlords trying to arrange appliance repairs for their tenants.   We were one of the first companies to offer a bespoke service for tenanted properties and today we have a successful working partnership with more than 350 Managing Agents in London and Surrey. 

We must be doing something right!  Today 80% of what we do is for the rental sector.
